Refund Policy

Clear rules for refunds and cancellations on Timpli subscriptions.

1. Digital Subscription Nature

Timpli provides a digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product delivered electronically. Upon subscribing, you immediately gain access to the full features of your chosen tier.

Because the Service is digital with immediate delivery and access commences upon payment, subscriptions are generally non-refundable except as described in this policy.

No guaranteed outcomes: Timpli provides tools to help manage your business. We make no guarantees regarding specific business outcomes, revenue, client growth, or appointment volume. Dissatisfaction with business results does not constitute grounds for a refund.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer a limited refund window for new subscribers only, under the following conditions:

Eligible for a refund:

  • The refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days of the initial subscription payment (not renewal payments).
  • You have not previously received a refund from Timpli.
  • The request is for the initial subscription charge, not a renewal or upgrade.

To request a refund, contact us at billing@timpli.io with subject "Refund Request" including your account email and reason. Approved refunds process to the original payment method in 5–10 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are expressly non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Subscription renewals: Any automatic or manual renewal charge is non-refundable. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid being charged.
  • Partial billing periods: We do not provide pro-rated refunds for unused time. You retain access through the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Plan upgrades: Charges for upgrading to a higher plan are non-refundable.
  • Suspended accounts: No refunds if your account was suspended for violating our Terms of Service.
  • Requests outside the 7-day window: Requests submitted more than 7 days after the initial payment are not eligible.
  • Third-party service fees: Fees from payment processors or other integrations are outside our control and cannot be refunded by Timpli.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current period.

How to cancel: Cancel through your billing settings or email billing@timpli.io. Include your account email in the request.

Access after cancellation: You retain access until the end of the current billing period, after which your account is deactivated.

Annual plans: Canceling an annual plan mid-year retains access through the end of the annual period. Annual fees are not refunded.

We recommend canceling at least 24 hours before your renewal date.

5. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank instead of contacting us, we reserve the right to:

  • Immediately suspend or terminate your account pending investigation.
  • Dispute the chargeback by providing transaction records and these Terms as evidence.
  • Assess a chargeback handling fee as permitted by applicable law.
  • Refer the matter to collections or legal counsel to recover outstanding amounts.

Contact us at billing@timpli.io before initiating a chargeback. Most billing issues can be resolved quickly and we are committed to fair resolution.

6. Abuse Prevention

We monitor refund requests for patterns of abuse, including:

  • Repeatedly subscribing and requesting refunds across multiple accounts.
  • Using the full subscription period then claiming a refund at the last moment.
  • Providing false information to obtain a refund.
  • Fraudulent payment disputes or chargebacks.

In cases of confirmed abuse, we reserve the right to deny refund requests, permanently ban associated accounts, and pursue legal recovery of funds.
